Avigilon ACM - Disabling User Badges

This guide provides a step-by-step process for disabling user badges in Avigilon ACM. By following these instructions, users can easily deactivate specific accounts, ensuring better security and access control.


1. Click "Identities"

2. Use the search fields to find the account you wish to disable


3. Click "Search"

4. Notice that there may be other accounts in "Inactive" status.

5. Notice that this account is in "Active" status.

Tip: JJAdvantage's recommendation is to disable accounts but, you can also delete the account and/or the associated badge number which will also prevent access to your doors.  ACM will not grant access to doors for badge numbers that does not exists in it's database. To delete account, click on the yellow dash to the right of the account.


6. Click on the account name of the badge owner you wish to disable

7. Click on the Status dropdown menu

8. Select "Inactive"

9. Click "Save"
