The Avigilon ACC7 Client is the preferred application to monitor Avigilon security cameras remotely. Below, is the instructions on how to download and install the Avigilon ACC7 Client software to a windows PC.
1. Download the Avigilon ACC7 software to your machine. Click Here to Download ACC 7.14.16.14
2. Execute the installer file. If you cannot find it after downloading, check your Downloads folder.
Note: ACC7 is not officially supported by Avigilon on Windows 11 at this time however, we haven't ran into any issues thus far.
3. Click install and follow the screenshots below.
4. You camera system may populate itself in the left column (green box) if you are on the same network. If not, proceed to step 5 to add your system.
5. Add your system to the client. Note: If you do not know your IP and Port number, you can reach out to support@jjadvantage.com to ask our world class support team.
6. Logon using your credentials and you are now finished!!!
